Since the implementation of the Patient-Driven Payment Model (PDPM) in October 2019, Premier Rehab has worked alongside our clients to ensure continued success under this evolving payment system. We have developed proven tools and processes to help facilities confidently navigate PDPM requirements.
 

Premier Rehab provides ongoing education and training for both facility and therapy staff, ensuring every team member understands their role in PDPM compliance, patient-centered care, and revenue optimization.
 

Each facility is supported by a designated PDPM-trained therapist who serves as a specialist resource. Our therapists are trained and available to assist with completion of Section B and Section K of the MDS, helping ensure accuracy and consistency.
 

We equip our teams with the PDPM protocols needed to:
